Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in automotive quality
- 8–10 years in automotive industry, including product launch
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of APQP, PDP, and OEM-specific requirements (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the CAQE team, including training plans and performance evaluations
- Drive issue escalations, remove roadblocks, and support the team in achieving objectives
- Plan and monitor APQP processes and customer-specific requirements
- Support program launches through audits, readiness reviews, and customer visits
- Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer quality leadership
- Mitigate design risks and ensure successful program launches
- Embed Built-In Quality principles across projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative products
