Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in automotive quality
  • 8–10 years in automotive industry, including product launch
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of APQP, PDP, and OEM-specific requirements (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the CAQE team, including training plans and performance evaluations
  • Drive issue escalations, remove roadblocks, and support the team in achieving objectives
  • Plan and monitor APQP processes and customer-specific requirements
  • Support program launches through audits, readiness reviews, and customer visits
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer quality leadership
  • Mitigate design risks and ensure successful program launches
  • Embed Built-In Quality principles across projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative products
