Requirements

Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent field) with 13+ years of industry experience in embedded systems or related domains
5+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and leading cross-functional technical teams
Proficient in C/C++ development within Linux environments, with hands-on experience interfacing with hardware I/O such as I2C, I2S, A2B, ADCs, SGMII, and Ethernet
Strong background working with one or more connectivity protocols and systems, including: 3GPP Cellular technologies, Bluetooth 5+ and BT SIG-compliant development, IEEE 802.11 WiFi standards, IP Networking

Responsibilities

Lead embedded software design and development efforts, ensuring high performance, reliability, and alignment with project goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, systems architecture, product connectivity, hardware-in-the-loop, and firmware validation teams to deliver integrated solutions
Review and contribute to source code, maintaining high code quality standards and driving best practices across the development lifecycle
Mentor and manage team members, conduct performance reviews, and support the professional growth of embedded and firmware engineers
Define and drive the team's technical roadmap, setting clear monthly, quarterly, and annual goals aligned with organizational priorities
