  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with APAC scope in a multinational or large corporation environment
  • Demonstrated excellent Excel skills and computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain Compensation information including market practices and government regulations; Obtain updated local market information and provide analysis report
  • Participate in salary and benefits surveys, conduct market benchmark analysis to ensure competitive pay practices
  • Maintain and assist in processing of HR system (Workday) by working closely with Global HR Operations team and Payroll team to ensure validity and integrity of the data
  • Ensure documentation and controls are in place for audits and compliance
  • Assist in the offer approval process with the recruitment team and off-cycle salary adjustment approval process with HRBPs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Provide input and involve proactively in development of related compensation and benefits policies and procedures and implementation
  • Collaborate with regional C&B teams in any additional C&B projects as allocated
  • Assist in compensation planning including but not limited to annual merit, bonus and LTI planning. Prepares HR statistical summaries and report
  • Leading or supporting change management initiatives related to compensation and benefits
  • Support communication strategies to educate employees and managers on total rewards
  • Strategic ownership of key deliverables and projects
  • Develops and takes ownership of well-being initiatives, including local activities for the annual Well-being Month
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
