Candidates must possess current valid RN licensure (IL or CA), paramedic/EMT-P license, or CCT certification, or the ability to achieve certification within 120 days of hire. A BSN, BS in a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment with an exempt employee population is required, along with experience in employee development, clinical coaching, and familiarity with regulatory standards.
The Manager, Clinical Operations will administer the day-to-day activities of the Clinical Operations service line, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. They will manage daily operations of the cardiac technician staff, ensuring team performance meets department production, quality, and operational standards, providing coaching, guidance, and recognition. This role encompasses team management, staff development, strategic contributions to the company’s operational goals, and overseeing team budget management. The manager will also contribute to strategic planning, ensure adherence to policies, collaborate on cross-functional teams, and assist with processing patient reports and compiling production records.
