Requirements
Minimum of 10 years in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in an operational role
English language proficiency
Ability to work on-site in Manila & India (remote work arrangement)
Responsibilities
Review service delivery metrics and team processes to drive process improvement changes and increase client satisfaction
Hardwire and drive best practices, assist in stabilization and optimization of accounts/key roles, and drive/understand delivery analytics for efficiency
Focus on delivery standards and journey mapping activities
Consult with client service leaders to ensure flexibility, scalability, and effective allocation of resources across the portfolio
Review trends and opportunities, determine variability and business impact, and develop recommendations/alternatives using structured data analysis
Partner with shared services to mitigate disruptions and ensure seamless execution on agreed terms
Develop and track productivity metrics to ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Help set and monitor fill goals
Assist in ensuring teams forecast appropriately
Manage process and technology effectiveness for consistent client and candidate experience
Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues, develop action plans to remedy them
Lead change management initiatives for new processes and procedures
Coordinate projects, develop programs, and implement initiatives to enhance experience
Communicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones, and key project metrics to Service Delivery leaders and team members
Use deep subject matter expertise to hardwire new resources and ways of working consistently through the organization
Drive best practice sharing and adoption of operational excellence
