Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial planning process and profitability of existing and new business operations
  • Provide analysis of profitability variances and recommendations for corrective actions
  • Establish, implement, and maintain a system of financial and operational controls and procedures to manage internal audit activities
  • Compare financial results to planned or forecasted results and recommend future actions
  • Analyze the ongoing profitability of all new businesses and/or programs entered into by the Company
  • Serve as a technical liaison to Accounting, management, and other staff by providing financial planning experience, financial information and modeling, activity analysis, and variance analysis
  • Prepare and review budget materials for executive leaders and the Board
  • Perform and critique economic evaluation justifications for capital expenditures
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and prioritize the workflow for Senior Financial Analyst and team members assigned to project teams
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; be enthusiastic learners and advocates of technology, products, and services; win as a team; participate in the Net Promoter System; drive results and growth; support a culture of inclusion; do what's right for each other, customers, investors, and communities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
