  • Prior background in a managerial role within a dynamic accounts receivable setting
  • SME system knowledge in multiple ERPs (e.g., Oracle E1, SAP)
  • Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead employees and teams by setting and monitoring performance goals and objectives, prioritizing activities, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of issue resolutions
  • Support the talent development strategy within the function through regular 1-1s and skip level discussions
  • Define critical metrics and evaluate operational performance against targets for the direct team to develop accurate forecasts
  • Work effectively with the Treasury team to ensure smooth operation of bank accounts
  • Deliver clear and proactive communication and business partnering with support business divisions and key global partners (e.g., OtC Credit & Collections teams, Accounting teams, Treasury)
  • Promote continuous improvement methodology within the teams to foster idea generation and implementation for streamlined processes and standardization
  • Ensure performance of all tasks is carried out in line with company policies, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
  • Align with equal employment opportunity laws, regulations, and company policies related to discrimination in hiring, performance managing, promotion, compensation, and sexual harassment
  • Collaborate with OtC GPO organization, IT, and cash application software supplier as needed to address system-related issues
  • Partner efficiently with Internal and External Audit teams to secure timely and accurate completion of testing procedures
  • Deputize for Senior Manager where required
  • Undertake other projects and responsibilities as assigned
