Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, candidate experience, recruitment coordination, or HR program management
  • 3+ years of people management experience with a team of 10+ direct reports
  • Proven ability to lead operational teams in high-volume, global environments
  • Strong analytical skills; experience interpreting survey data and driving measurable improvements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Proficiency with ATS and HR technology platforms
  • (Preferred) Experience in a large, matrixed organization or technology/manufacturing industry
  • (Preferred) Background in project management, process design, or service delivery optimization
  • (Preferred) Certification in Change Management (e.g., Project Management (PMP))

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 20 interview coordinators
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistent delivery of interview coordination services aligned to SLAs, TA policies, and compliance requirements
  • Own the full lifecycle of interview coordination for all business units, from scheduling and logistics to candidate communications and day of interview support
  • Partner with recruiting, HR, and business leadership to optimize scheduling workflows, panel management, and system efficiencies
  • Establish, track, and report operational metrics (volume, SLA adherence, candidate NPS, etc.) to drive performance and service quality
  • Own all candidate and hiring manager experience surveys
  • Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities from survey data to improve the end-to-end hiring journey
  • Partner with TA leadership and cross-functional teams (HR Ops, Branding, DEI, etc.) to prioritize and drive & implement experience improvements
  • Lead the change management process tied to survey insights, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder buy-in
  • Develop communication plans, training, and feedback loops to ensure adoption of new practices and tools
  • Implement scalable, candidate-centric solutions and ensure consistency across global regions
  • Develop vision for recruiting coordination in partnership with recruiting leadership and plan on quarterly timescales
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on candidate experience metrics, survey outcomes, and operational KPIs
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance satisfaction, efficiency, and brand perception
