Requirements

Experience developing and implementing transition strategies aligned with client business objectives
Expertise in managing end-to-end program delivery using Transition Methodology & Tollgates across workstreams like KT, IT Solutions, Quality/SLA, and Change Management
Ability to participate in pre-transition workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, develop questionnaires, and analyze responses to tailor strategies
Skills in leading due diligence assessments of business processes, risk identification, resource evaluation, stakeholder analysis, and compliance checks
Proficiency in establishing and managing risk management frameworks and confirming resource assignments
Strong stakeholder management, governance facilitation, communication, and issue resolution skills
Experience managing knowledge transfer, including training programs, documentation, mentoring, and feedback mechanisms
Capability to ensure tool setup, dashboard development, data management, and progress tracking
Ability to motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive problem-solving
Expertise in managing change control processes, impact assessments, and record-keeping
Skills in coordinating transition tollgate documentation, reviews, and quality assurance
Competence in maintaining records for program evaluations, lessons learned, and reviewing emerging requirements/technologies

Responsibilities

Develop and implement transition strategies and lead execution of transition programs
Participate in pre-transition engagements/RFP, including workshops, stakeholder collaboration, questionnaire development, and response analysis
Lead due diligence assessments, risk identification, resource evaluation, stakeholder analysis, and compliance checks
Establish and manage risk and resource frameworks throughout the transition lifecycle
Facilitate governance reviews, stakeholder interactions, communication, and issue resolution
Manage knowledge transfer processes, training, documentation, mentoring, and feedback
Ensure setup of internal tools, develop/maintain dashboards, and manage transition data
Motivate and influence cross-functional teams for collaboration and problem-solving
Manage change control reviews, approvals, impact assessments, and records
Coordinate completion, validation, review, and timely submission of transition tollgate documents
Maintain records for evaluations, lessons learned, and assist in reviewing emerging requirements/technologies
