About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Business Operations to support our growth from 5M to 50M users in the coming years. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across the company, with a primary focus on our core insurance product. Your success will be critical in propelling Jerry towards becoming a $5B business by 2030.

Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app designed to help users optimize every aspect of car ownership, including insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more – a $2T market in the U.S. Since launching insurance in 2019, we have expanded to offer loan refinancing, real-time driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and a GenAI-powered chatbot and voicebot. We currently serve over 5 million customers, have secured $240M in funding, scaled our revenue 40X, and grown our team to 250 employees across 7 countries.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Define, analyze, and test key drivers to foster profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.
  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, extracting critical insights to inform product and business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
  • Several years of consulting experience (MBB preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer acquisition or performance marketing.
  • High level of proficiency with SQL and Python (or similar ML programming languages).
