A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required (CPA preferred), 6–10+ years of experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, or corporate accounting (preferably in a public company), deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules, experience creating board-ready materials, and proficiency in reporting platforms like Workiva, Oracle, or SAP BPC along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
