Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience or MS degree with 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in project management with the ability to independently plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a cGMP environment with a track record of managing multiple quality records
  • Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and printing technologies
  • Excellent attention to detail with focus on product quality
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Visio, SharePoint and any other electronic systems used in creation of label proof and artwork
  • Basic knowledge of functional areas and drug development process

Responsibilities

  • Manage artwork for clinical and commercial printed materials for cGMP use
  • Support life cycle management changes of L&P components
  • Coordinate with artwork and label vendors to ensure key project milestones are met
  • Identify gaps in the process and update policies/procedures as necessary
  • Proactively mitigate and communicate issues between relevant functional areas
  • Support Cell Therapy manufacturing sites in L&P related packaging deviations and investigations
