We are a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing digital analytics and media operations. We're scaling our finance operations to support rapid growth and ensure financial health. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Accounts Receivable to lead and optimize our AR function.

Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, and AR reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate billing, reduce collection time, and improve cash flow.

This critical leadership role requires strong process ownership, attention to detail, team management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections at a SaaS organization, or similar company with recurring services, that bills a high-volume of customers on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key.

This is a hands-on player/coach role where you will be responsible for establishing best practices around billing and collections, while also coaching and developing a small team of two.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and performance development.
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end AR process from invoice generation through collection and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Customer Success to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Ownership of the full collections process and internal and external communication.
  • Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) at desired metrics and implement proactive collection strategies.
  • Manage customer credit reviews and establish credit limits in line with company policy.
  • Design and deliver AR dashboards and aging reports for executive leadership.
  • Provide forecasted cash collections.
