Candidates need a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field, 6+ years directly managing a technical team (ideally Salesforce-focused), and 8+ years building Go-to-Market solutions with Salesforce features, configurations, custom development, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture design, including integration, authentication, and security, plus in-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with CPQ, Einstein, Experience Cloud, LeanData, and Marketo is a strong plus.
