Lead, guide, and ensure prosperity of US-based support engineering teams across multiple product lines

Ensure consistency of service delivery in a high-churn operational environment

Utilize datasets, analysis, and reporting to maintain and improve support operations based on metrics
Identify issues impacting customer experience, suggest/implement local solutions, and participate in cross-departmental working groups
Foster an operating environment of excitement, skills development, and opportunity exploration
Participate in policy management, maintenance, and creation of standards across teams
