Responsibilities

  • Drive service delivery at the Tier 1 support level
  • Lead, guide, and ensure prosperity of US-based support engineering teams across multiple product lines
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, and career development of team members
  • Provide team leadership and guidance to assigned teams
  • Maintain a structured, nurturing environment for team advancement and individual development
  • Develop high-performing team members (A+ Players) ready for advancement
  • Ensure consistency of service delivery in a high-churn operational environment
  • Oversee and manage operational processes for efficient operation, timely execution, and risk elimination
  • Utilize datasets, analysis, and reporting to maintain and improve support operations based on metrics
  • Identify issues impacting customer experience, suggest/implement local solutions, and participate in cross-departmental working groups
  • Foster an operating environment of excitement, skills development, and opportunity exploration
  • Participate in policy management, maintenance, and creation of standards across teams
