Responsibilities
Effectively manage and monitor sales of integrated communication structure to small-to-medium business customers to maximize revenues and meet corporate objectives
Assure optimal sales team staffing and training readiness of sales professionals
Ensure competence and continuity of qualified small-to-medium business Account Executives through selection, training, development, appraisal and motivation
Develop, plan and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to meet business goals; ensure team and individual achievement of sales, quality goals and standards
Monitor employee performance, counsel and advise for effectiveness and growth; address personnel/performance issues per Company policy
Prepare, analyze and maintain records of individual and group sales/performance relative to goals; ensure accurate forecasts of revenue and units
Design, implement and manage overall territory team structure; coordinate with internal teams for effectiveness and efficiency
Develop and implement best practices for improved performance by leading by example and modeling Comcast Credo, Touchstones and Promise
Coach, develop, appraise and motivate sales representatives to achieve/exceed objectives; educate in sales planning tactics and ensure training compliance
