The job is located at Roosevelt Field Mall, and the position requires relocation after successful completion of the training to an assigned open position.
A Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university is required, with preferred experience in management, business, or a field related to commercial or retail real estate, and the ability to analyze and interpret financial reports, budgets, contracts, and similar documents.
The trainee will learn all aspects of the General Manager role, complete the established training program, demonstrate proficiency in managing a shopping center, and assist in operations, marketing, leasing, and profit-enhancing strategies.
Responsibilities include maximizing EBITDA by increasing income and controlling expenses, analyzing financial reports and leases, assisting with asset improvement plans, leasing activities, marketing, security, and developing team leadership skills.
