Responsibilities

  • Klanten ontvangen, afspraken inplannen, voorbereiden meetings
  • Ondersteuning in projectadministratie en urenverantwoordingen
  • Voorbereiden van documenten en presentaties
  • Maandelijkse KPI-rapportages voorbereiden
  • Uitvoeren van maandelijkse facturatie
  • Notuleren bij vergaderingen
  • Ondersteuning van personeelszaken
  • Onboarding nieuwe collega's
  • Organiseren van evenementen en “uitjes”
  • Aanspreekpunt voor collega’s
  • Ondersteunen van het managementteam en zorgen dat dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen
  • Proactief werk oppakken en overzicht houden op wat er binnen de organisatie speelt
