Responsibilities

As a Managed Services Consultant, you will support biopharmaceutical customers by understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Vault changes, and applying necessary configurations. You will collaborate with other Veeva teams, shape ideas, enhance the delivery model, and communicate customer requirements to the product management team to meet evolving industry needs, and help keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault suite.
