Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end launch of third-party products into GE HealthCare’s mammography ecosystem
  • Serve as the primary liaison between external partners, internal stakeholders, and global commercial teams
  • Coordinate with Global Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure launch readiness
  • Serve as an expert for SmartMammo, AI, and future roadmap technologies
  • Capture and synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap evolution
  • Engage with Service Engineering teams to understand field challenges and drive resolution
  • Lead change management initiatives to convert customers, improve serviceability and reduce downtime
  • Translate service insights into actionable product improvements
  • Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization
  • Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility
