Role: Major Accounts Manager

  • Focus: Owning demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle sales, focusing on a single market.
  • Travel: Up to 50% during peak seasons.
  • Company Stage: Scaling intentionally, with a $5.5B valuation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within a designated territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new Law Enforcement clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand and articulate the value proposition of Flock’s public safety platform.
  • Participate in Customer Success Manager (CSM) calls.
  • Complete Demo Certification and receive a Book of Accounts.
  • Conduct outbound activity and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and established Strategic Major Accounts Manager.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Law Enforcement market (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
