Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
  • Working experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical (480v), and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, schematics, work orders, and manuals to perform required maintenance and service
  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and plant utility equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operations
  • Install, relocate, and modify equipment including electrical, gas, water, and air hookups
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
  • Fabricate and repair tools, fixtures, and guards as needed using shop equipment (lathe, mill, welder, grinder, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and work orders
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including LOTO and PPE use
