Maintenance Technician III (Orchard Place Apartments) at WinnCompanies

The pay range is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

This is an on-site position at Orchard Place Apartments, a 550-unit affordable housing community located in Rochester, NY, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM and on-call activity as needed.

Requirements include 3-5 years of relevant work experience, a current driver's license, general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC, universal HVAC certification, excellent customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, availability for on-call, ability to speak and understand basic English, and ability to work with diverse groups.

Strong candidates will have 3-5 years of experience, universal HVAC certification, leadership ability to train junior technicians, and preferred vocational training or CAMT certification, along with availability for on-call duties.
