Be time served in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, or have an equivalent high school / college diploma
Proven experience in a similar role
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
Good problem-solving skills
Willingness to work shifts – Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Night Shift

Responsibilities

Ensure equipment, tools, and machine tools are in good condition for use
Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action
Exchange data and information regarding concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures
Handle standardized manufacturing processes, guidelines for choosing the right actions
Coordinate and verify the work of external contractors
Analyze and diagnose the cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions
Liaise with production and all functions colleagues, dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
Read equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults
Understand PLCs and ISO language programs, automation systems, and CNC
