Class 2-b boilers license or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
1 year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check in accordance with company standards
Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present

Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance
Performs regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on all machinery and equipment
Documents work accordingly
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed
Able to multi-task and keep up with demands in a fast-paced environment
