Requirements

  • Associates degree in Mechatronics or equivalent experience in diverse maintenance environments
  • Effective communication (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with operations leadership to ensure priorities are met and communicate updates
  • Analyze and implement improvements on production and facility equipment
  • Participate in regularly scheduled maintenance stops
  • Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions, propose and implement the best solutions, and inform supervisor/production about equipment availability
  • Record incidents immediately in the CMMS system
  • Help maintenance agents and external companies with on-site interventions as necessary
  • Contact external suppliers directly when needed
  • Participate in the smooth functioning of the spare parts storeroom
  • Fill out time sheets daily and turn them in to supervisor
  • Lead the team during the shift to drive priorities, coach, and grow the team to perform maintenance duties
  • Ensure accuracy of work tickets in the CMMS system for the shift
