Responsibilities

  • Providing maintenance planning documents to workshop based on Event Based Maintenance
  • Working with AMO locations in regards to Repair Material Authorization maintenance, logistics and cost aspects
  • Performing quality and service delivery checks on maintenance documents and system updates in MaPS/SAP/AWC
  • Interpreting data, analyze results and provide weekly KPI Flash & ongoing reports
  • Performing analysis on KPI to assess state of Production and Delivery
  • Working with Supervisors & Leads to identify process improvement opportunities & modifications to aid in prioritizing business needs
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Creating visualizations such as dashboards or graphs that stakeholders can use to track progress toward goals
  • Applying LEAN Techniques to resource and document planning
  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials to meet production schedules
  • Leverage analytics and liaise with colleagues to implement process and procedural improvements
  • Ensure on-time delivery for customers by forward planning, optimizing inventory and supporting fulfilment
