Requirements

Associates degree in a technical field preferred
Two years of experience in industrial maintenance planning/scheduling preferred
Two years of hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
Knowledge of mechanical design is a plus

Responsibilities

Planning and preparing work orders for maintenance activities
Ensuring appropriate resources (personnel, parts, etc.) are available for work orders
Scoping out and developing work for hourly personnel for weekly and outage work
Maintaining and building equipment, bill of material, and other information in a computerized maintenance management database
Creating, updating, and scheduling monthly preventative maintenance (PMs)
Closing out completed PMs and adjusting PM schedules as needed
Tracking all equipment information, including spare parts and documentation
