Requirements

  • Associates degree in a technical field preferred
  • Two years of experience in industrial maintenance planning/scheduling preferred
  • Two years of hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical design is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Planning and preparing work orders for maintenance activities
  • Ensuring appropriate resources (personnel, parts, etc.) are available for work orders
  • Scoping out and developing work for hourly personnel for weekly and outage work
  • Maintaining and building equipment, bill of material, and other information in a computerized maintenance management database
  • Creating, updating, and scheduling monthly preventative maintenance (PMs)
  • Closing out completed PMs and adjusting PM schedules as needed
  • Tracking all equipment information, including spare parts and documentation
