Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager will partner with the Corporate Reliability team to implement maintenance methods and procedures, reduce downtime, and optimize asset utilization. They will also collaborate with manufacturing teams to achieve production targets and quality objectives, provide technical expertise to improve equipment reliability, monitor and coach maintenance staff, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Additionally, the role involves leading maintenance turnover meetings, communicating daily results to management, reviewing work schedules, and overseeing the operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
