The starting pay range is $21.30 - $30.40 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium.
Shift hours are Sunday 12 AM - 6 AM and 6 PM - 6 AM, Monday 6 PM - 6 AM, and Tuesday 6 PM - 6 AM. This is a B Shift position.
Requires basic mechanical or maintenance skills, knowledge in welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing, with 1 year or more experience in welding and industrial maintenance or relevant educational program. Must be able to use basic hand tools, read assignments, communicate effectively, lift 50 pounds, climb up to 60 feet, and operate gas/hydraulic motors/lifts.
The role involves a loud work environment with frequent exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high places, outside weather, electrical shock risk, and vibration, plus occasional exposure to chemicals and extreme heat.
Strong candidates have 1+ years in welding and industrial maintenance or a relevant certificate, are respirator qualified (preferred), willing to pursue further education through training programs, and can meet the physical demands like lifting 50 lbs and climbing 60 feet.
