Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role (valued)
- Experience in coordinating technical teams
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in maintenance management tools (e.g., SAP)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, ICP-CFX)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and industrial standards
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Advanced knowledge of TIA Portal, ABB and KUKA Robot
- Technical drawing skills (valued)
- Knowledge of EPLAN (valued)
- Availability to travel
- Fluent in English (preferable)

Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
- Propose effective technical solutions
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and execution schedules
- Promote the technical development of the team through training and continuous support
- Monitor maintenance performance indicators and prepare technical reports
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Promote continuous improvement of processes and reduction of operational costs
- Participate in equipment validation (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems)
- Participate in process standardization (HMI, PLC programs, Robot programs)
- Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards
- Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, Practice and Schedule
- Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules
- Respect and comply with environmental policy rules
