Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role (valued)
Experience in coordinating technical teams
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Proficiency in maintenance management tools (e.g., SAP)
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, ICP-CFX)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and industrial standards
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Advanced knowledge of TIA Portal, ABB and KUKA Robot
Technical drawing skills (valued)
Knowledge of EPLAN (valued)
Availability to travel
Fluent in English (preferable)

Responsibilities
Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
Propose effective technical solutions
Develop and implement maintenance plans and execution schedules
Promote the technical development of the team through training and continuous support
Monitor maintenance performance indicators and prepare technical reports
Participate in internal and external audits
Promote continuous improvement of processes and reduction of operational costs
Participate in equipment validation (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems)
Participate in process standardization (HMI, PLC programs, Robot programs)
Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards
Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, Practice and Schedule
