Responsibilities

  • Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
  • Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to service level standards
  • Perform cleaning of facility, including floors, restrooms, trash removal, display items, glass surfaces, etc
  • Assist with transporting merchandise for customers throughout the store
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures
  • Maintains confidentiality of all Company information
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management
