The pay starts at $18+/hr with the opportunity to earn an average of $23+/hr through weekly incentive pay after training, plus an annual bonus opportunity up to 4% of annual salary based on plant performance.
Available shifts include 2nd shift (Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm), 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm to 7:00am), and weekend shifts (11 to 11 am to pm or pm to am, working 24 hours but paid for 32). Overtime is required as needed to cover weekday shifts.
Requirements include 1+ year of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, basic math/reading/writing skills, ability to stand/walk for long periods, work in a hot environment, bend/twist/kneel safely, and availability for overtime/weekends.
