AI/ML에 대한 기본 지식과 적어도 한 개 이상의 특정 도메인에 대한 깊이 있는 지식을 갖추고, 관련 프로젝트 경험이 있음
Exploratory Data Analysis(EDA)를 통해 데이터의 통계적 특성과 패턴을 발견하고 이를 ML 모델에 반영할 수 있음
공개된 벤치마크 데이터 셋을 이용해 모델의 테스트 성능을 올리기 위해 여러 가지 모델링을 해본 경험 있음
구현체가 공개되지 않은 논문을 읽고, 빠르고 정확하게 구현할 수 있는 구현 역량을 갖춤
Tensorflow, PyTorch, JAX 등 오픈소스 프레임워크 및 전반적인 파이썬 개발에 능숙함
ML 모델 학습 및 서비스 배포에 필요한 엔지니어링 역량을 갖춤
AI 기술의 서비스화에 관심이 많음
영어로 기초적인 의사소통이 가능하고, 한국어로 원활한 의사소통이 가능함
Preferred Qualifications
AI/ML 도메인 전반에 대한 이해를 갖춤
ML 관련 탑티어 학회 및 저널(NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, ICCV/ECCV, KDD, …) 게재 실적 혹은 AI 관련 대회 수상 실적 있음
ML 관련 오픈 소스 개발에 참여해 본 경험 있음
ML 워크플로우의 자동화 경험이 있음(예: AutoML, hyperparameter optimization, 데이터 및 학습 파이프라인 구성 등)
클라이언트(Android, iOS), 백엔드를 포함해 AI/ML 분야 외 프로젝트 개발 경험 있음
실제 서비스에 AI 기술을 통합하고 주요 지표를 유의미하게 향상시켜 본 경험 있음
A/B 테스트 실험 기획 및 타겟 KPI 지표를 정의하고, SQL기반 데이터 분석을 진행한 경험 있음
영어로 비즈니스 의사소통이 가능함

Responsibilities

Tinder, Hinge 등 매치그룹의 글로벌 팀들과 협업하며 생성형 AI, 온디바이스 AI, 추천 시스템 등 다양한 AI 기술을 활용해 데이팅 도메인 사용자 경험을 혁신하는 프로젝트 수행
아이디어 구상부터 프로토타이핑, 실제 사용자에게 도달하기까지 전 과정을 주도적으로 이끔
필요하다면 직무 역할과 도메인, 기술 스택의 경계를 넘나들며 문제 해결
제품에서 발생하는 multi-modal data를 효과적으로 활용하며 불균형하거나 노이즈가 많은 데이터를 처리하고 domain adaptation 기법 적용
모델 요구사항이 자주 변경되거나 초기 데이터가 충분하지 않은 상황에 meta learning 접근법으로 유연하게 대응
모바일 환경에서 짧은 응답 시간(latency)을 유지하면서 높은 성능을 달성할 수 있도록 모델 경량화 및 최적화
대규모 언어 모델(large language models)이나 멀티모달 모델(multimodal models)을 활용해 새로운 기능 개발 및 모델 성능 끌어올림
대규모 모델을 실제 서비스 환경에서 안정적으로 운영하기 위한 모델링, 최적화 및 경량화 기법 적용
서비스, 시스템, 모델에 의해 발생하는 다양한 데이터 편향 해결
