As a Data Scientist - Machine Learning Engineer at Unit4, you will help design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive innovation and efficiency in our software solutions. You will work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure our models are scalable, robust, ethically designed, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, or a related field (Desirable).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding and experience in machine learning and MLOps.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks.
  • Experience with Azure, ML lifecycle management tools (Azure Machine Learning Studio, MLflow, Databricks, etc.), and containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience:
  • Experience working with big data technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in data quality and compliance is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to support the design and integration of responsible ML solutions into company products.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to solve diverse business challenges.
• Implement ML workflows using MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Ensure reproducibility, performance, reliability, scalability, and security of ML models in production.
• Implement responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, accountability, and transparency in AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and MLOps.
