Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of hands-on machine learning development experience, with proven experience delivering solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. They must have experience with Public Cloud Providers such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, along with experience utilizing AWS and/or Azure data tools and services. A strong understanding of data processing, data engineering, and data visualization is required, alongside proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark. Experience with Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, SQL and NoSQL databases, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment are also necessary. Prior consulting or professional services experience is a bonus, and a degree or certification in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is desired.

Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models to address specific business challenges, collaborating with data engineers to preprocess and transform data, conducting feature engineering, training, validating, and fine-tuning models, deploying models into production environments, and integrating them into existing systems. They will also stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance models, and explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
