Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients in selecting the best banking products and services
  • Ensuring professional service and the best customer experience during branch visits
  • Offering and promoting banking products
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets (eligible for attractive monthly bonuses)
  • Telephone and direct contact with clients
  • Building long-term relationships with bank clients and acquiring new ones
  • Daily handling of cash (in cash branches) and non-cash transactions in the branch
  • Working in accordance with applicable procedures and standards across all distribution channels
  • Active collaboration between bank units (lead generation and cross-segment client focus)
