Responsibilities

  • Active participant in diligence of target company to design and lead integration planning in alignment with overall business strategy
  • Build and lead a holistic integration plan in partnership with the deal sponsor and functional leaders to achieve the deal’s strategic imperatives
  • Objectively assess risk and create effective mitigation plans throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Partner with communication teams to ensure an effective internal and external change program is in place
  • Act as a liaison with the acquired company to facilitate effective alignment with Workday and readiness for integration across all functional areas
  • Drive alignment across key partners and all functional teams
  • Build a repeatable M&A and integration practice that continually improves, simplifies, and speeds Workday’s overall performance
  • Measure performance to deal objectives both during and after the integration period and partner with management for accurate alignment where needed
  • Conduct ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative analyses of feedback data to draw salient insights and actions
