This is a full-time position.
The team is responsible for the integration of acquired companies into Workday, involved from pre-acquisition diligence and planning through post-acquisition program management, execution, and governance.
Responsibilities include active participation in diligence of the target company to design and lead integration planning in alignment with business strategy, and building and leading a holistic integration plan in partnership with others.
The role requires an experienced results-oriented leader with the ability to influence and advise across functions, high proficiency in strategy facilitation, cross-functional decision making, program management, and operational depth across integration areas.
