Responsibilities

  • Manage the lyo equipment, carry out checks, graphs, and trends of critical parameters of the freeze-drying process, cleaning, and testing cycles; define accurate operation of systems
  • Carry out correct compilation and collection of GMP documentation (batch record, logbook, paper flow chart, alarm printouts)
  • Accurately fill in machine sheets, daily activity recordings, shift change information sheets, and sheets to supervise machine behavior and related problems
  • Monitor functioning of company's primary services for production and distribution of fluids for pharmaceutical use (water and clean steam)
  • Check alarms received, alert company functions, understand alarm meanings, and manage them according to procedures
  • Look after systems, materials, and work environment; promptly share anomalies with manager
