Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
8+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, including team leadership
Expert in Excel, Google Sheets, and advanced financial modeling techniques
Proficiency in ERP and BI platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of cost structures, pricing strategy, and margin optimization
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence executive decision-making

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide financial forecasting, modeling, and profitability analysis
Develop and maintain frameworks for Amazon pass-through billing and client reimbursements
Partner with senior leadership to align financial plans with organizational objectives
Oversee data accuracy across ERP, reporting, and BI systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI)
Prepare executive dashboards, financial summaries, and board-level reporting
Mentor analysts and drive continuous improvement in analytical processes and reporting quality
