Requirements
- Enrolled in the first year of a Master Degree at LUISS Guido Carli University
- Strong academic results
- Early MS Graduates or Graduation in 2026/2027
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven strong leadership ability through previous experiences
- Excellent project management skills, able to see planned ideas through to implementation stage
- Local mother-tongue level needed

Responsibilities
- Participate in the Excellence Program training with Brand Managers
- Learn about brand building, data analysis, hands-on keyboard work, consumer knowledge, and strategy
- Work with a portfolio of brands
- Lead multifunctional teams (including finance, sales, and product supply)
- Develop and execute winning growth strategies
- Accelerate business across markets in Italy
