Requirements

Responsibilities

Partner with Lottery Enablement leadership to implement operational updates across fulfillment centers and track adoption
Support change management by developing clear communications, training resources, and documentation
Maintain fulfillment knowledge repositories to ensure procedures are current, accessible, and aligned across sites
Collaborate with fulfillment center managers to identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
Contribute to compliance and audit readiness by supporting regulatory adherence initiatives and documentation
Deliver operational insights through reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
