Experienced in loss prevention or related field
Available for 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 3p - 11p)
Knowledge of Genetec system for access control and badges
Ability to conduct investigations (internal, external, theft, dishonesty, policy violations, cargo theft)
Proficiency with case management systems (LPMS / DSGiQ)
Capable of working unsupervised (e.g., opening/closing DC facility)
Ability to partner with Federal Authorities on Firearms control and reporting
Flexible schedule (can be temporarily/permanently changed as needed)
Must be available to serve as resource/guidance to warehouse teammates

Responsibilities

Conduct and assist in internal investigations (theft, dishonesty, policy violations, human resources) in the DC
Conduct and assist with external investigations related to cargo theft to and from the DCs
Complete daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly audits
Conduct lane inspections/carton scans to improve operational accuracy and document in LPMS / DSGiQ
Compile and reconcile data for Seal Verification reporting
Research, resolve, and document discrepancies
Review inventory adjustment details to research high dollar losses
Complete store research to identify & resolve misdirected freight issues, including variance investigations for DC & field related issues
Partner with Federal Authorities in relation to Firearms control and reporting; report findings to database, email contacts, and immediate alerts if within criteria
Work closely with Operations & Leadership to investigate incidents (document review, visual inspections) and communicate findings to stakeholders
Serve as support for potentially volatile terminations/situations
Support accident investigations with video review and detailed reporting
Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly Safety Assessments and report findings
Perform security screening for all people entering/exiting the facility per DSG requirements
Test, troubleshoot, and respond to alarm systems (burglar, Fire, Amarok perimeter electrified fence)
Complete opening/closing of DC facility per DSG guidelines without supervision
Perform multiple building walkthroughs daily, focusing on misdirected freight, safety, physical security, firearm security, & deterrence
Complete daily observations of facility, document/address opportunities
Conduct/support investigations regarding physical security concerns/violations and report findings
Assist guard shack with inbound/outbound trailer procedures; provide physical control and emergency coverage
Resolve daily logs for YMS workflows
Assist with passive yard control requests
Reconcile Yard Audit results for yard accuracy
Provide direction to 3rd party staff
Conduct/support investigations into trailer yard concerns/violations and report findings
Conduct Social Engineering Drills with stores regularly
Help maintain inventory of LP Supplies & distribute store orders
