Responsibilities

Lead daily operational processes in one of the 5 distribution centers, ensuring timely, qualitative, and complete order processing
Start shifts with team meetings, share daily goals, assign tasks, monitor progress, analyze operational data, and take proactive actions to meet goals
Manage a team of 20-25 warehouse employees (athletes), build relationships, provide individual and team guidance/feedback, set clear objectives, coach for achievement, monitor performance, and handle task allocation
Manage team-related responsibilities such as vacation planning and attendance follow-up
Foster leadership and continuous improvements by giving the team space and structure for new ideas, contributing hands-on with learned techniques for structural enhancements
