Responsibilities

  • Administering and ensuring compliance with Enterprise Procedure 6:32 – Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Due Diligence (Anti-Bribery) for over 200 TPI entities annually
  • Updating processes for a new TPI processing tool implementation in November
  • Proactively engaging with category teams to reinforce adherence to Purchasing Practices and Enterprise Procedures, especially during updates or policy changes
  • Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations
  • Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes to produce output excellence, build expertise in the assigned process area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection
  • Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives
