Responsibilities

Administering and ensuring compliance with Enterprise Procedure 6:32 – Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Due Diligence (Anti-Bribery) for over 200 TPI entities annually
Updating processes for a new TPI processing tool implementation in November
Proactively engaging with category teams to reinforce adherence to Purchasing Practices and Enterprise Procedures, especially during updates or policy changes
Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time, Lean Targets Quality, Cost, Logistics Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations
Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes to produce output excellence, build expertise in the assigned process area, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection
Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives
