Responsibilities

  • Lead Container Control and Planning teams to deliver operational efficiency
  • Monitor container and transport performance, resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate data and system integrity across transport management systems
  • Prepare and present reports highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations
  • Drive the adoption of system enhancements and process improvements
  • Develop and implement operational procedures that boost productivity and safety
  • Lead assigned Group projects
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support workforce planning and resource allocation to meet business demands
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce costs
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and performance metrics to drive improvement
  • Provide insights and data to support group-level decision-making
  • Lead a team that provides accurate, professional, and timely customer service
  • Ensure customer queries and issues are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Represent Depot & Transport in group-level projects and meetings
  • Model a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE standards
