Requirements

Active Secret Clearance
Experience with APF/NAF programming and budgeting processes
Ability to analyze and consolidate budgeting data for steady state processes
Support in Mid-Year Reviews and performance monitoring processes
Strong skills in developing reports (e.g., Child Development Facility status, waitlists, IAG action items)
Familiarity with COLS dashboards, reporting requirements, and program-level analysis
Ability to support MCCS governance transformation, including PPBEA working groups and in-progress reviews
Experience organizing reform coordination meetings and maintaining documentation (e.g., POA&Ms, trackers, decision briefs)
Proficient in pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting for government and inter-agency events
Capable of creating After Action Reports (AARs) and summarizing event outcomes

Responsibilities

Support all phases of the PPBEA lifecycle—from planning and programming to execution and assessment
Develop and maintain data-driven processes
Facilitate stakeholder coordination
Produce detailed reports
Plan events that support governance and decision-making
Capture the total cost of ownership of MCCS programs
Identify funding shortfalls
Assess the risks of underfunding
Protect the interests of Installation and Regional Commanders and the Commander of MCICOM
