Requirements

Experience in localization QA management (LQA) or equivalent leadership of QA teams
Ability to supervise, lead, coach, and train local LQA Project Managers and teams
Strong client management skills, including relationship development with senior/director-level clients
Proven ability to participate in high-level decision-making and provide strategic QA insights
Track record of delivering projects within budget, timeframe, and quality scopes
Financial acumen, including forecasting and financial planning for LQA initiatives
Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Production Managers, and other stakeholders
Experience standardizing processes and driving improvements across multiple locations
Ability to manage and track KPIs (macro project KPIs and local team KPIs) and report to Directors/PMs/Leads
Training, coaching, and professional development capabilities for project managers; mentoring new staff

Responsibilities

Manage, lead, and motivate local LQA Project Managers and Teams; proactively solve issues; drive standardization across locations
Track client relations and macro-project progress; implement process changes/improvements with PMs and Leads
Provide regular evaluation feedback; empower staff; oversee professional development of LQA Project Managers; mentor new PMs
Attend or lead client meetings (QBR/MBR) and collaborate on shared client strategies; manage top-tier client accounts
Participate in or lead proposal efforts; set and manage client expectations; cross-sell services where possible
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships; grow the team accordingly
Administration: track performance; ensure appropriate local team size; coordinate with Finance for forecasts; manage budgets and KPIs; provide briefings to Directors/PMs/Leads
Help develop and improve services within Keywords Montreal and other locations
