Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of quality assurance experience in Localization Operations and Localization. Experience with localization automation and testing processes is required, along with the ability to identify areas for LQA process improvements and define localization requirements for test automation. Familiarity with the Kraken app and a strong understanding of the crypto space are also expected.

Responsibilities

The Localization QA Specialist will ensure linguistic and functional quality for global products, measure and report on the quality of MT and AI engines, and improve LQA processes. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end testing, bug triaging, reporting bugs, validating fixes, and implementing regression testing. The specialist will also identify LQA process improvements, define localization requirements for test automation, track test automation status, and manage the backlog. Additionally, they will design and run efficient localization QA practices for various product types, track and report localization impact on business metrics, and interact with Localization Project Managers to scope improvements across languages.
