Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of project management experience in localization, with a preferred Bachelor's degree in Localization, Education, Project Management, Linguistics, or a related field. Experience with multimedia, software, and creative localization, including advertising, is required, along with proficiency in localization technologies, tools, and workflows. A "can do" attitude, adaptability, flexibility, strong written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Smartsheet are essential. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Localization Project Manager will support the localization project management queue by grooming requests, identifying gaps, tracking deadlines, and driving projects to completion. They will collaborate with internal customers and external agencies to support go-to-market plans for global product launches, ensuring clear communication and adherence to SLAs. Responsibilities include forecasting review cycles, managing translation quality and linguistic assets, performing cultural consultations, serving as a first point of escalation for in-market teams, tracking project finances, identifying risks and dependencies, performing root cause analysis, and managing file uploads on the Digital Asset Management System.
